Clear Choice Window Cleaning LLC is a small, locally owned window cleaning company based at 380 Old Linville Rd in Marion, North Carolina. Owner Ryan Peterson formed the company on May 1, 2024, and still runs the shop and the routes himself. What we clean, and how we do it
We clean windows inside and out for homes and businesses across Western North Carolina. That includes screens, French pane and divided-light glass, glass doors, hard-to-reach second and third story windows, and historic homes that need a gentler hand. We use water-fed poles with purified water on high exterior glass, which gets tall windows clean from the ground without dragging ladders through your landscaping. On older wood sash and antique glass we slow down, work by hand, and treat the trim and putty with care. Storefronts, offices, restaurants and churches get the same attention, on a schedule that fits around your hours.
In the fall and winter we also install and lease Christmas lighting. The lease covers the lights, the install, the takedown and the storage, so you get the display without the ladder or the tangled boxes in the attic.
Where we work
Our home base is McDowell County, and we cover the surrounding Western North Carolina communities from there — Marion, Old Fort, Nebo, Woodlawn and Glenwood, plus Buncombe County towns like Asheville, Black Mountain, Swannanoa and Fairview.
